Blaine our project manager was always easy to work with friendly and professional. Hal Berisha was our construction supervisor and always stayed on top of tjings. Offered good advise. Hal was quick to resolve any issues and flexible with changes. We love our new pool.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If there were ever an opportunity to give a company 10 stars, I would give them to Premier Pools of Central Florida in a heartbeat.

From the very beginning, our experience has been exceptional. When we first met with Matt, he listened to everything we envisioned and somehow brought it to life even better than we imagined. We have a uniquely shaped backyard, and he maximized every inch of our space to create the exact pool we dreamed of for our family. We have teenagers, and this pool was designed perfectly for the way we want to enjoy our home and make memories together.

We asked if there was any possibility of having the pool completed by Thanksgiving because we had family coming into town. They were very clear that there were no guarantees, but promised they would do everything they could. The pace of this project has been incredible. Every step has seemed to move faster than the one before it, and we could not be more grateful for the timeline and the care that has gone into making it happen.

The crews and subcontractors who have worked at our home have been wonderful. What really stood out to me was hearing multiple people working on our project say that if they were building a pool for themselves, they would choose Premier. That says a lot.

I also cannot say enough about Blaine. His communication throughout this process has been exceptional. He kept me informed about inspections, pavers, scheduling, and what was coming next. There were even times when he followed up just to make sure the crews had arrived as expected. Every question was answered, and I never felt like I was wondering what was happening with our project. I am incredibly grateful for him and truly feel like he made this entire process easier for our family.

And Hal, our project manager, has been amazing. From the moment he stepped onto our property, he made us feel comfortable and confident that we could trust him. Anytime we had a question or noticed something we wanted addressed, he responded and showed up. That level of ownership and service means so much when you are making an investment this significant.

We were honestly nervous going into this process. We built a pool about 14 years ago, and that experience was nowhere near this smooth. Building a pool is a huge investment for a family, and Premier has made us feel cared for every step of the way.

Our pool is absolutely beautiful, but what I will remember just as much as the finished product is how we were treated throughout the process.

Matt, Blaine, Hal, Kim in accounting, every crew member, subcontractor, and person behind the scenes, thank you. You have been exceptional.

We could not be more grateful that we chose Premier Pools of Central Florida. Ten stars from our family. Thank you for making us feel like your only customer!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with Premier Pools! The communication was excellent, and the pool was completed much faster than we expected. Hal did a great job overseeing the construction and keeping everything on track, while Blaine was always available to answer any questions or address concerns. Both were professional, responsive, and great to work with. We’re very happy with our pool and would definitely recommend Premier Pools!
